Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Adynix Media (OPC) Private Limited, we value transparency in all financial dealings. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing for our services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital services, the following are non-refundable once work has commenced:

Digital marketing campaigns (SMM, SEO, PPC, Content Marketing)
Branding and design services (logo, brand identity, ad creatives)
Website and app development
Media production services
Consulting and strategy sessions
Any custom or bespoke work

All initial setup fees, onboarding charges, and deposits are also non-refundable. Resources, time, and expertise are committed from the start of the project.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under these specific circumstances:

(a) Service Not Rendered: If we fail to commence work within the agreed timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that specific service.
(b) Billing Errors: In case of a proven overcharge or billing error, the excess amount will be refunded.
(c) Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical or payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
(d) Mutual Agreement: A partial or full refund may be issued if both parties mutually agree in writing.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

Send a written request to support@adynixmedia.com within 7 days of the issue.
Include: your full name, project/service details, invoice number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
Our team will review and respond within 7-10 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 15-21 business days.

5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through:

Original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, etc.)
If original method is not feasible, via NEFT/RTGS bank transfer
Refunds will NOT be issued in cash
Any transaction or processing fees deducted by payment gateways are non-refundable

6. Service Cancellation

To cancel a service:

For recurring/retainer services: provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle via email.
For project-based services: cancellation must be requested before the project milestone has commenced.
Services will continue and you will be billed until the end of the notice period.
Work completed up to the cancellation date is non-refundable.
All access credentials, deliverables (for completed work), and client materials will be returned/transferred within 15 days of cancellation.

7. Partial Deliverables

If a project is cancelled mid-way:

You will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Partial deliverables will be provided only upon settlement of all outstanding dues.
Unreleased deliverables remain the property of the Company until full payment.

8. Force Majeure

Refunds or adjustments may be considered if services cannot be delivered due to events beyond reasonable control of either party, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or cyberattacks.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision:

Contact us to discuss the matter and attempt good-faith resolution.
If unresolved within 15 days, the dispute may be escalated to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Kolkata, West Bengal as the seat.
Courts of Nadia, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
