01. Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of our services, payments for digital marketing campaigns, branding, and custom development are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

The resources and expertise allocated to these projects are committed from the start. Any initial setup fees are non-refundable.

02. Eligibility

A refund may be considered under specific criteria:

  • Service Not Rendered: Failure to start work within the agreed timeframe.
  • Billing Errors: Proven overcharges or duplicate billing instances.

03. Cancellation

To cancel a recurring service, you must provide a written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Notice must be sent via email. Billing continues until the end of the notice period.
