  • Standard Deployment: Deployment allowed on your server for use as-is, without any code changes.

Part 2: Prohibited Actions

  • No Resale or Redistribution: Strictly prohibited from reselling or sharing the product in any form.
  • No Code Modification: You are NOT allowed to modify, alter, or customize the source code.
  • No Multi-Domain Use: You cannot use a single license on multiple domains or subdomains.
  • No License Circumvention: Any attempt to bypass the license system will result in termination.

Responsibility Notice

You are solely responsible for any modifications made to the product and for ensuring compliance with all local and international laws during its use.

6 No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our Products, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be provided once a Product has been sold and access has been granted.

By purchasing from us, you explicitly agree to this No Refund Policy.

2 Ownership and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all source code, designs, text, graphics, and software provided on this website are the intellectual property of Adynix Media. However, upon purchase, you are granted usage rights as defined in the license section.

4 Digital Delivery

  • Products are delivered electronically via download link or email.
  • Once access to the Product has been provided, it is considered delivered.

You are responsible for: Downloading, securely storing, and maintaining backups of your files.

5 Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time.
  • Full payment must be completed before access to any Product is granted.
  • Payments are processed through third-party gateways. We do not store your card or banking information.

7 Support and Updates

  • Any support, if provided, is limited to basic installation guidance.
  • Custom development or modifications are not included.

8 License Verification & Anti-Piracy

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
