1 Digital Products Only

All products sold by Adynix Media are digital products, including but not limited to source code, software systems, scripts, and downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped.

2 No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once a product has been purchased, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be issued after the sale is completed.

3 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed.
  • If you close the page, change your mind, or fail to download the product after purchase, the transaction will still be considered final and non-refundable.

5 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase of the same product, you must contact us immediately at support@adynixmedia.com. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a solution such as account credit or access to an alternative product. No cash refunds will be issued.

6 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to suspend access to products and may provide transaction records, IP logs, and delivery confirmation to the payment provider to contest the dispute.
