1. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our services, payments for digital marketing campaigns (including Social Media Marketing, SEO), branding services, consulting, and any custom development work are non-refundable once the work has commenced. The resources, time, and expertise allocated to these projects are committed from the start.
Any initial setup fees or deposits are also non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered: If we fail to start the work on your project within the agreed-upon timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that specific service.
- Billing Errors: In case of a proven overcharge or billing error, the excess amount will be refunded.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel a recurring service, you must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. The notice must be sent via email to our official contact address. Services will continue to be provided, and you will be billed, until the end of the notice period.
